Key Performance Indicator
The primary purpose of process design is to “bake in” quality control measures that will allow our teams to spot faults early in a project’s lifetime, reducing the risk of an error in the final product or service supplied to the client. This is achieved by incorporating Key Performance Indicator (KPI) steps into each of our main product and service delivery processes. Peer reviews, quality control checks, and a thorough evaluation of client standards and requirements will be performed at various points throughout project execution to assess the overall “health” of these core processes, which will all be actively tracked and monitored to understand process compliance, systemic issues, and drive process improvements.
